Subject Area for Mediation Services

Tom’s mediation practice includes securities disputes. Specifically, his interest is in Investor-Broker Dealer cases (also known as customer cases) involving all causes of action with a controversy up to one-hundred-thousand dollars ($100,000.00). He also has a special interest in matters involving senior citizens and/or In Pro Per claimants (self-representation).

In addition to securities mediation, Tom’s business, law, and dispute resolution degrees and experience provide the requisite background for mediations in the area of customer-business conflicts and contractor-subcontractor housing construction disputes.
